Matt Update!
Things may have seemed to have been quiet around here of late, however that has not been the case as I have been working with Buyers behind the scenes and have been very busy.
The Market is starting to speed up and new listings are popping up in many areas. (In March, the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) processed 1,259 sales on its Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®), an increase of 12 per cent compared to the 1,128 sales during March of last year, and a 14 per cent increase compared to February’s 1,102 sales. The Board also posted 2,799 new listings last month, an increase of 2 per cent compared to the 2,736 posted during March of last year bringing the total number of active listings in March to 8,763 – 8 per cent less than were available during March 2013.)
I have been gaining tremendous experience in purchasing for buyers on what to look for and what to avoid in purchasing a newer home or a seasoned one.
